Minimum Order Charge

Unfortunately, our minimum order charge is £50 (excluding delivery) for all hires. This is to cover the time involved in organising and dispatching a single small item.

Payment

We kindly ask that new customers pay in advance by BACS or credit card before any hire items are shipped . Existing customers may open a credit account if they wish with us on 30 days terms.

Single or Multiple Items

We are   that single item to complete the scene or to fit out an entire set and require many items, we are happy to 

quantity of items.

Delivery to You (Delivered by Us)

For larger, fragile or valuable items such as scenery, weapons, pictures, glassware etc, we do not use couriers. 

We will personally deliver the items to the set or wherever they are required. Delivery and collection charges are as follows. 

Delivery to London is £125 + VAT. This rate applies to any single delivery or collection address inside the M25 - which covers destinations such as Pinewood, Elstree and Studios around Ealing/Greenford.

• Delivery to Birmingham £220 + VAT
• Delivery to Bristol is £245 + VAT
• Delivery to Edinburgh or Glasgow - £475 + VAT
• Delivery to Leeds or York is £270 + VAT
• Delivery to Manchester £270 + VAT
• Delivery to S. Wales (Cardiff) is £295 + VAT (Swansea + £45)

*Collection charges are the same as our delivery charges. *

Same Day or next day Delivery 

Same Day or next day delivery is possible. However, we do require time to prepare and dispatch the items so please take this into consideration if there are any restrictions such as deadlines or filming schedules and provide us with as much notice as possible.

In these circumstances we can only deliver using our own transport and at the costs quoted above.

Weekends

Our TV/Film Prop hire services do not operate over a weekend. 

However, this service can be arranged with 5 working day’s notice. For this there is a delivery surcharge of 50% for weekend work. If a shorter notice period is provided and subject to availability a delivery surcharge of 80% will be applied.

Returning the Items

It is you (the clients) responsibility to return the items within the agreed hire period. Return delivery is also at your cost. YOU MUST ensure that all items are suitably packed for transport. Any damage to the items, whether during use or during return transit ( unless using our own collection service) will be charged in full. 

The full value of each hire item will be listed on the rental agreement.

We take photographs of all items immediately before they are dispatched.

Damage & Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure the equipment you hire from us is covered by your own insurance. Please check the items as soon as your receive them. If there is any notable damage that looks like it was sustained in transit, please contact us. Any damage to the items, whether during use or during return transit will be charged in full. We take photographs of all items immediately before they are dispatched.

Late Returns

Items returned after the agreed date will be charged for at the first week rate plus 50% for every full week after the agreed return date. Please ensure that the items are returned within the agreed period as failure to do so may affect another hire and cause problems for us all!
